On June 16, 2004, Glenn Hellyer testified before the United States Congress in support of increasing FHA loan limits to enable more prospective homebuyers in their pursuit of the "American Dream of Home Ownership."
Glenn Hellyer is an independent Real Estate Broker and REALTOR® providing real estate services since 1979. Glenn provides residential and commercial clients with personal service and the benefits of more than 30 years experience.
A dedicated professional, Glenn is an Honorary Director for Life for the California Association of Realtors® ("CAR") and has served CAR in various leadership positions including five years as a Trustee and Chairman of the California Real Estate Political Action Committee (CREPAC) and Chairman of the Political Affairs Committee. Believing in community and public service, Glenn has served as President of his local REALTOR Association, Chairman of the Anaheim Planning Commission, Vice Chairman of the Orange County Waste Management Commission and President of the Department of Consumer Affairs Structural Pest Control Board for the State of California.
Glenn has earned a degree of Bachelor of Science in Criminology and served a two-year internship with the Long Beach Police Department.
Glenn is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Graduate of REALTOR® Institute of California (GRI).
